ABOUT C&V

Lucas began his career in the trades over two decades ago as a carpenter. In 2004, he transitioned to plumbing, and by 2018, he founded C&V Plumbing. His background in carpentry brings a unique skill set to his work, allowing him to offer clients an added level of expertise. In 2023, Lucas joined the NARI Milwaukee Foundation board and is passionate about giving back to the community. 

From the beginning, Lucas’s mission with C&V Plumbing has been to build trust through exceptional workmanship at a fair price. But he goes beyond that—he’s dedicated to cultivating genuine relationships with his clients. Family is a core value for Lucas, and he’s extended this to his business, aiming to make each customer feel like part of the C&V family. The company’s name, C&V, is a tribute to his daughters, Charlotte and Vivian. Lucas hopes that one day his daughters will carry forward this legacy, continuing to treat each customer as family.
